Deborah June “Blondie” Ziegler-Leck
March 26, 1952 – July 6, 2015

Debbie was a survivor. She championed cancer for 20 years and was an inspiration to all who knew her. It is with profound sadness, love and gratitude we said goodbye to her on Monday July 6th 2015 in her 64th year.

Cherished wife, best friend, business partner and boss to Les Leck aka “Tigger”; adored and treasured mother of Les Leck Jr. (Julie), Windsor and Shelley Vlasic (Nick), Paris; loving and devoted grandmother to Luke and Louie. Remembered and loved always by her mother June Ziegler (predeceased by her father Hap Ziegler). Debbie’s vivacious spirit will be forever missed by her family, friends and all the lives she touched.

Family and friends will be welcomed at the Dwayne D, Budgell Funeral Home, 1105 Rest Acres Road, on Thursday July 9th from 2pm – 4pm and 7pm – 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. Paul’s United Church, 48 Broadway St. W., Paris, on Friday July 10, 2015 at 11 a.m. Interment following in the Paris Cemetery. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails.
