Funeral services for Thomas Dowling Rafferty, 39, of 139A Columbia St. Waterloo, sports director of CKCO-TV, who died Saturday, will be conducted Tuesday.

Prayers will be held at Walsh Funeral Home, Waterloo, at 9:30 a.m. followed by requiem high mass at St. Louis RC Church at 10 a.m.  Reverend C. J. Weiss will officiate. Interment will be in Waterloo Mount Hope Cemetery.

The body is at the funeral home where the rosary will be recited tonight at 8 o’clock Donations to the St. Mary’s Hospital building fund or the Ontario Heart Foundation will be accepted as tokens of sympathy.

A native of Waterloo, Mr. Rafferty had been critically ill for several days with a heart condition. He was admitted to hospital on March 21.

He was a member of St. Louis RC Church and of the Holy Name Society and League of the Sacred Heart.

Mr. Rafferty was a son of John Rafferty and the late Mrs. Rafferty, who died in 1959.

Surviving, besides his father in Waterloo, are his wife, whom he married at North Bay in 1944, two sons, Timothy and John, and two daughters, Mary and Chris Anne, all at home.
