Sunday Serenade – Song Spinners – Host – Don Martz – Joe Carlo – 1958

Mary Ann worked at CKCO-TV during the late 50’s. It was there that she caught a glimpse of a handsome job seeker, Reg Sellner who became the love of her life. Gifted with a beautiful voice, Mary Ann made many appearances on CKCO, singing in their musical variety program called Sunday Serenade. She was a longtime member of the St. Francis Church choir and shared her voice at many weddings and family celebrations. Most recently, Mary Ann enjoyed being a member of the choir at Winston Park.

Mary Ann loved family parties, tropical vacations and her husband’s cooking – especially cabbage rolls. She was always kind, caring and dignified. For Mary Ann, family was everything. She enjoyed spending time with her sisters and extended family every chance she got.

Many thanks to the compassionate caregivers (especially Karen) and Mary Ann’s new friends at Winston Park for their kindness and care.

Mary Ann’s family will receive relatives and friends from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener (519) 749-8467.
